Independent Environmental Testing & Assessment
Professional third-party environmental testing for residential, commercial, and restoration environments. We do not perform remediation — every finding is objective, defensible, and in your interest.
Indoor Air Quality Testing
Indoor air quality concerns can arise from mold growth, water damage events, HVAC contamination, building materials, or occupant activities. Without professional testing, the source and severity of air quality issues are difficult to determine — and impossible to defend to a carrier or property manager.
We conduct IAQ assessments using professional air sampling methods and accredited laboratory analysis, with results presented in a detailed written report that clearly identifies contaminant types, concentration levels, and their relationship to established guidelines.
- On-site inspection and sampling protocol
- Air and/or surface samples collected by a Certified Indoor Environmentalist
- Accredited laboratory analysis
- Written environmental report with findings and recommendations
- Consultation to review results and next steps
Report delivery: Typically 24–48 hours after sampling is complete.
Post-Remediation Verification
Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) is the final checkpoint in the remediation process — an independent inspection confirming that mold or other contamination has been successfully removed and the environment has returned to acceptable conditions.
Insurance carriers and regulatory standards increasingly require third-party PRV documentation before a project can be closed. Our clearance reports are fast, objective, fully documented, and ready for carrier submission.
- Independent post-remediation inspection
- Moisture verification and visual assessment
- Air and/or surface sampling
- Accredited laboratory analysis
- Written clearance report suitable for carrier submission
Report delivery: Typically 24–48 hours after sampling is complete.
Mold Inspection & Sampling
Visible mold is only part of the picture. Hidden mold growth behind walls, beneath flooring, and inside HVAC systems is common following water damage events — and can be present even when there are no visible signs of contamination.
A professional mold inspection identifies the scope and location before remediation begins, protects property owners from incomplete scopes, helps contractors bid accurately, and provides the documentation required for insurance claims.
- Visual inspection of affected and adjacent areas
- Moisture readings and documentation
- Air and/or surface mold sampling
- Accredited laboratory analysis
- Written mold assessment report with scope guidance
Report delivery: Typically 24–48 hours after sampling is complete.
Environmental Consulting
Not every environmental situation fits a standard testing protocol. Water damage involving contaminated sources, multi-system mold events, disputed remediation outcomes, or buildings with overlapping environmental concerns often require professional interpretation beyond a standard lab report.
Consulting engagements are scoped based on the specific situation and may include site investigation, sampling, report review, scope of work evaluation, or expert interpretation of existing laboratory data.
- Initial consultation to define project scope and objectives
- Site investigation and/or documentation review
- Professional sampling where applicable
- Detailed written findings and recommendations
- Availability for adjuster and carrier communication
Engagement scope: Defined per project. Contact us to discuss your situation.
